Shipping and returns

Delivery costs

• Germany: €3.99, free from €55.
• Netherlands and other EU countries: €7.95, free from €55.

We ship to the EU mainland and Ireland. We cannot ship to islands such as Cyprus, Malta or the Canary Islands, or to countries outside the EU.

Delivery time

Orders placed on a weekday are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days in Germany and 2 to 5 working days elsewhere in the EU. You receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns

You can cancel your order and return unopened products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Let us know through the contact page within those 14 days, then send the products back within 14 days after that. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your message. The cost of sending the products back is for you.

For health and hygiene reasons, food supplements cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Damaged or wrong order

Did something arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Send us a message with a photo through the contact page and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription in your account. A change applies to the next order that has not been placed yet. There is no minimum term.
