Can I put several products in one subscription?
Yes. Choose the same delivery interval for each product, every 2, 3 or 4 months, and they arrive together in one package. With 2 or more products in a delivery, shipping is free. Products with a different interval arrive in their own package.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your account with the email address you ordered with. Under Subscriptions you can skip a delivery, pause or cancel.
When do I pay?
You pay for each delivery, with the card (or Apple Pay or Google Pay) from your first order. iDEAL and Klarna cannot be used for recurring payments. You never pay in advance for several jars.
Does the mix-and-match discount apply to subscriptions?
No. A subscription gives you 15% off every delivery, which replaces the 10% or 15% mix-and-match discount.
Why is Bone not on the list?
One bottle of Bone holds 1,000 drops: enough for more than two years at one drop a day, so a subscription is not needed.
